Impact Fees

AVALON FIRE RESCUE IMPACT FEES

The Avalon Fire Rescue District collects impact fees to upgrade their facilities, purchase additional apparatus and add new programs in order to effectively serve the members of our growing community.  These fees do not go to the firefighters or to hire/pay any new personnel. 

Residential: $250.00

Commercial: $0.46 / sq ft

 Procedures for paying an impact fee:

 1. Fill out impact fee form and submit

2. An invoice will be emailed or available for pickup within 3 days.

3. Payment must be made via check (delivered or mailed) or via online payment (coming soon).

4. An impact fee permit will be issued along with a paid copy of the invoice, This will be emailed or must be picked up within 30 days of permit approval.
